Zoetropic is a photo editing app to create cinemagraphs out of your images. Turn your pictures into spectacular moving images that you can then easily export to Instagram and other social networks. As an example, I tried Zoetropic on my Note 8 (Android) and within about five minutes I had a fairly compelling animated GIF.
